Paweł Lulewicz has several years of experience in institutions responsible for the development of entrepreneurship and innovation in business. In 2008-2011 he was responsible for attracting investors in the Warmia and Mazury special economic zone. Then, from 2011 to 2017, he was responsible for creating the first technology park in Warmia and Mazury voivodeship (in Elbląg).
From 2017, he was the Vice President of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, where he was responsible, inter alia, for the restructuring and reorganization of the company, as well as for the revitalization of the shipyard infrastructure and the revival of the activities of the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park. He supplemented the above professional experience with completed studies in the field of managerial competences (bilingual MBA studies at the WSB University in Gdańsk and the University of Northampton), accounting and technology transfer management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
