The construction of three multipurpose Miecznik frigates for the Polish Navy requires the involvement (at peak times) of up to more than 2,000 employees. This programme provides huge opportunities for professional development in many areas of the shipbuilding industry. This is why PGZ Stocznia Wojenna actively participates in events addressed to those seeking employment opportunities in the implementation of such an ambitious project.
In recent days, employees from our Human Resources Department have been present at two events:
- 21 May 2024 at the Job, Education and Entrepreneurship Fair in Gdynia and
- 24 May 2024 at the Job Fair in Wejherowo.
Our stands attracted a lot of interest from both students who are just planning their careers and jobseekers. With all those interested, we had the opportunity to talk, among other things, about the challenges and opportunities of the Miecznik programme, new investments in our company related to the construction of Miecznik frigates, as well as an attractive employee benefits package, including stable employment, quarterly bonuses and training and courses enabling professional development.
