Instead of traditional Christmas graphics, we have prepared a small gift – a short film showing the progress of the construction of the first frigate of the Miecznik programme. This is an opportunity to look at the results of our joint work and reflect on what lies ahead.

For PGZ Stocznia Wojenna, 2025 was a period of intensive work on key programmes for the Polish Navy. Wicher – the first frigate built by the PGZ-MIECZNIK Consortium – is growing in our Hull Hall. The film, recorded by a drone, shows the hull of the ship, which, although still in two sections, will be joined together any day now.

Some said that the wind was blowing through the Hull Hall. They were close to the truth – it is the Wicher (Gale in English), the first of the ships we are building that are changing the face of the Polish Navy, that is blowing through there.

Every day of work at the Shipyard is another step in the implementation of Poland’s defence programmes. The past year has brought many challenges, and the coming year 2026 promises to be even more intense. Already in February, we will lay the keel for the rescue ship Ratownik – another milestone in the history of our Shipyard. And in April, Huragan will arrive.

We would like to thank the Polish Navy, our partners, the entire crew and the families of our employees for their support and commitment.

The PGZ Stocznia Wojenna team wishes you a peaceful Christmas 🎄🎄🎄
