The inauguration of the government project “Local Content. For Poland’s Benefit” (“Local Content. Z korzyścią dla Polski”) is an important signal for the entire Polish industry – including the defence and shipbuilding sectors. The programme aims to polonise supply chains in investments carried out by companies with State Treasury involvement, and the defence industry is one of its key pillars.
PGZ Stocznia Wojenna, as part of the Polish Armament Group (Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa) – the leader of the Polish defence industry and one of the largest defence groups in Europe – actively embraces this philosophy. Our goal is not only to build and refit vessels for the Polish Armed Forces, but also to create strong, resilient supply chains built on Polish companies and Polish expertise.
Regional Forums of the Polish Defence Industry – Your opportunity for collaboration
The Polish Armament Group is launching a series of ten Regional Forums of the Polish Defence Industry under the banner “Polish Industry for Security”. The first meetings will take place as early as April. This initiative is aimed at manufacturing, technology, and SME companies that want to actively participate in expanding the country’s defence capabilities.
Today, nearly 12,000 suppliers work with the Polish Armament Group , delivering components and solutions across the Group’s broad product portfolio. The Regional Forums offer a concrete pathway to join their ranks.
If your company operates in manufacturing, technology, or logistics and you want to develop collaboration with the defence industry – register on the Polish Armament Group Procurement Platform (Platforma Zakupowa PGZ) and take part in the Forum in your region.
We are building Poland’s security. Together. With Polish companies.
