PGZ Stocznia Wojenna supported the fight against breast cancer by taking part in the “Pier(w)si #wGdyni” initiative organized by the Arka Gdynia S.A. club as part of Pink October.
We actively joined in promoting preventive examinations and building awareness of breast cancer both within the shipyard itself (encouraging our female employees to get examined) and outside. By supporting this initiative, we contribute to:
- increase the availability of free preventive examinations,
- increase public awareness of early detection of breast cancer, and
- building solidarity with those affected by the disease.
By combining the forces of business, sports and medicine, we can influence the improvement of public health.
We congratulate Arka Gdynia for organizing this unique event and thank you for the opportunity to support such an important cause.
