We are pleased to announce that on January 18th, 2021 the Chemical Laboratory of PGZ Stocznia Wojenna received the accreditation of the Polish Centre for Accreditation No. AB 1772. The preparations for obtaining the certificate lasted from May 2019 and included the design and implementation of the Management System according to the PN-EN ISO / IEC 17025:2018 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories, as well as an assessment carried out by auditors and experts of the Polish Centre for Accreditation, including a documentation review, initial visit and on-site assessment combined with observation of tests carried on by the Laboratory.

Obtaining a certificate means that the Polish Centre for Accreditation confirms the compliance of the laboratory’s work with the ISO requirements, thus approving the possession of appropriate equipment, proper environmental conditions, proven test methods, as well as employees with the required technical competences needed to perform all the tests mentioned in the scope of accreditation.

Detailed information and the scope of the accreditation can be found on the PCA website at this link.
